Work Experience
I am a versatile freelance photographer with twelve years professional experience in editorial and product photography based in Downtown Dallas. I specialize in artistic collaboration enhancing the clients' brand while remaining true to an artistic vision. I'm experienced in fashion photography with an extensive background in travel, documentary and live music photography. I continuously search for opportunities to photograph unique and interesting people, places and events, and have produced imagery for everything from indie album art, boozy corporate events, delicate newborn portraiture to rowdy live music concerts. I’m a quick thinker, an efficient problem solver, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Before my life as a full-time freelancer, I worked as a product and editorial photographer for the online retailer Cufflinks.com and sister company Cufflinks, Inc. Over my seven years with Cufflinks.com, I bounced between flat-lay, product photography in the studio to hitting the street styling and photographing menswear editorials. Among other lifestyle blogs and menswear articles, I have had past work featured in Martha Stewart Wedding, TheKnot.com, Men’s Health, GQ, Vogue.com, Los Angeles Times, Details, and in-store print work for Neiman Marcus and Bailey Banks & Biddle.
Personal Life
I live in Downtown Dallas with my partner, Jacob, and our cat Raffles. Jacob and I fell in love thirteen years ago and everyday since, I have been inspired by them and the life we’ve built together. They are a talented musician and writer and we collaborate on many projects including writing short stories, horror shorts, music and my personal videography work. We travel as often as possible, finding ourselves in places such as Colombia, Colorado, Oregon, Michigan, and most often New York to explore the many nooks and crannies of the electric city we call a second home. I’m lucky to have a support system of loved ones and strong friendships, all of whom inspire me, make me laugh, motivate me and fill my heart with love. I enjoy meeting new people, collaborating artistically, baking bread for my friends, cracking jokes and snuggling with cats. Don't hesitate to contact me for bookings or request my resume for more info.
